This Year's Teacher's Day
The zoology department of Tata collage has celebrated teacher's day on Friday 9th of September. Dr. Anjana Khalkho Mam our former HOD and Prabhat sir were present on the occasion. The program starts at late 11 and after many dance and drama play and song and more of dance it last till 2:30.
The welcome
This beauty is the result of hard-night-work of our friend Jaydeep Melgandi. He prepare it at the last night just before the function day.
The function begins with the beautiful welcome song by students.
The song Phoolon ke ghere hain Saaye ghanere hain filled the environment with full of color and music. And with this melody our function begins.
After that teachers lighten the candle for Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishn, first vice president and 2nd president of Independent India.
The Mind-blowing dance and other performances
After the welcome song and candle lighting we enjoyed the beautiful songs, dance and play. It starts with a dance performed by Semester 1 student Kiran Diggi on the song O pahariya mon. And it follows more dance and song and a short play performed by Sanjay from sem 3 , a Vyang-Rachna composed by Harishankar Parsai. Other dances by Anita + Alisha + Shuru, Anita's solo, Prernna + Priyanka and more of them. A song by Simran. And the photo you are watching above is Abhisek Lakra singing an artistical song. And this way it goes on...
The Inspiring Speech
Anjana mam give us a beautiful speech. Her voice was humble and filled with proud. She instruct us for study hard and give us blessings.
And then Dorai sir, the present HOD of physics department, also convey his inspiring speech.

At the end we said bye to our beloved and respected teachers. And when they gone every student come on the stage and danced openly. The traditional local chain dance and road free-will dance as well.

We celebrated teacher's day on 9th of September and both the teachers had busy and planed schedule despite it they attend the ceremony and bless us. We students as well give our best to thank them, to show our respect. This teacher's day had its different color.
